Mission
Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Thamarrurr Catholic College is committed to providing the best education for the children and young people of Wadeye that supports the faith, language, and culture of our students. We work with families in growing young people who can walk strongly in two worlds. We use our talents and resources to contribute to the development of the education, health, welfare and faith of the whole community.

The outer circle of black dots represent the Thamarrurr as a whole: many clans coming together.
The red dots and lines represent footsteps. The green background is the land. The green circles with red dots inside are the clan leaders. Yellow background represents all the clans’ homelands. Blue background represents water/ life giving.
The central spear, woolybutt flower and bees represent Kardu Diminin land, the land we all come together on to attend school. These are also in memory of the Deacon Boniface Perdjert who set the foundations at the first school.
